Dora The Explorer is a cartoon character created for kids between ages 3 and about 7 years old. Dora is always on some quest to find something missing which I personally think is really needless. But that is my opinion if you ask the child for whom the programme was created, she would not agree with me.
My focus here is that seeking the fruit of the womb shouldn’t be like Dora who on her adventure seeks an item and requires the help of everyone that watches or comes across her way, to find it.
Every living soul on earth faces one challenge or the other. The interesting thing life has taught most of us is that you don’t go around sharing all the details of your problems to every Tom, Dick and Harry. In a bid to get them to ‘help’ you, they may just lead you on an adventure you would wish you embarked on.
Some have gone on such adventure and the reward was very unpleasant. The adventures of life aren’t like that of Dora The Explorer who always gets a happy reward atthe end of all her journeys. Like they say, life isn’t a fairy tale. If you need something, go to the source because everything on earth has its source. And believe me when I say that some adventures are quite avoidable if we actually go straight to the source of what we need rather than go round in a maze.
The source of life is the Giver of Life Himself- God. And children come from Him and Him alone.
Running from one ‘native’ doctor to herbalists or from one prayer house to ‘prophets’ who subject you to humiliating rituals will in the end give you what you never bargained for-all because you looked to man and not God and all they did was lead you on an avoidable course.
There is only one Way to getting what you need and it doesn’t require too much exploring. While you may still be undergoing some professional medical treatments (there is nothing wrong with that), go into the Word of God, look for His promises on fruitfulness, speak it over your womb and call forth the children that be not as though they were. You are like your Heavenly Father; you also have the power to speak life into existence. The results may not necessarily be instantaneous but know for sure that what you are speaking is in the process and will manifest in its full season.
Be careful not to speak one thing today and another tomorrow. Avoid going round in circles-it will only amount to futility in labour.
Speak what you want to see. Do not give up, do not doubt, be thankful and in due time, you will reap your harvest of children.
However, for those who have been on quests they wish they never had, yours isn’t a lost cause. Like Dora, you can go to the map (The Bible) and find your way back to the Truth. Jesus says“I am the Way, the Truth and the Life”- John 14:6. God is the giver of all good gifts and children are part of His good gifts (Children are a gift from the LORD, they are a reward from Him-Psalms 127:3 NLT).
Look unto Jesus Christ the Rewarder of those who seek Him with a sincere heart. When you seek Him, you will definitely find Him and every other thing you are looking forwill be found in Him. Now that is an adventure worth taking!
